Structure & Agreement

We work with legal counsel to structure the deal appropriately — joint venture agreement, equity split, distributions, governance, and exit terms.

Ongoing Reporting

Once invested, partners receive regular reporting on property performance, financials, and project milestones. We maintain open communication throughout the hold period.
